Zu dieser Schlussfolgerung kommt der Social Media Report HR 2010, der 30.000 Personaler aus Deutschland und Österreich zu der Rolle von Social Media Maßnahmen in Ihrer beruflichen Praxis befragt.</p>
<p>Das Ergebnis ist eindeutig. 71% der Personaler nutzen Social Media um eine Arbeitgebermarke aufzubauen. Auch im Recruiting-Prozess zählen Web 2.0 Maßnahmen zu einem integralen Bestandteil, die von 74% der HR-Verantwortlichen aktiv genutzt werden.</p>
